Tried to checkout a basket on Tuesday night but didn't complete due to stock levels but have still taken money from my account.....

Im not really sure what happened to my order but page went mad and order didnt go through, no confirmation, but yet the money has also debited my account today :mad:

I found the pages very slow - to the point where I was waiting up to a minute for a page to load. When I tried to add something to my basket, it took over three minutes. I could have spennt about £50 quite easily, but gave up.

Oh dear - Sorry about the problems you are having , my toy order went through fine , but that was before the rush and maybe the site couldn't cope ( I reckon they are a smallish set up ) but my order was dispatched in lightening speed and should be with me ( my neighbour ) today hopefully! x
