Sorry Steve
I had to step away for a moment, but it seems that you have already been given the information you require.
I hope it all goes well for you. We are in the same position of just filling out the BR forms. Our phone has been ringing all night from the mortgage and loan companies, as we have missed the July payments.
I'm a nervous wreck....
There are a lot of really good people on this site, don't feel afraid to post as no question is deemed silly. Sometimes it is good when people post the questions you are too afraid to ask yourself!
Take care

(ps as you have no brandy I will make myself a coffee with the last dreg of the christmas baileys in it instead!)0 -
Thanks again Debtinfo and Churchill,
Sorry about the brandy but hope you enjoy the baileys.
Churchill, I know exactly how you feel, we are both nervous wrecks.
The one thing that helps - is to try and not to talk about it all the time.
For a while it was all me and Mrs C did.
Now we have set a times to look at all the facts, figures, paperwork etc and when that "session" is done - we "agree" not to talk about it until the next "session"
The other thing we did is write to all our creditors and told them we had serious problems - and that we were taking professional advice.
It seems to have reduced the phone calls.
And we can at least try and relax a bit
In the meantime I am so glad I can post questions and am ever so grateful for the answers.
All I do apologise for my shocking arithmetic.
I hope and I am sure it will - that everything goes well with your B/R.0 -
Message re Kepars Post
(sorry I'm no good at copying quotes)
It was interesting to read how you suggest to split the amounts, and I can totally see where you are coming from.
I too am new to all this and would have just done it the way that I suggested. At the end of the day the amounts paid across would be the same. So then, would I be incorrect to submit my forms as suggested to Steve?
Steve (sorry, don't want to crash your thread or confuse you further).0 -
Absolutely no problem.
It would be interesting if you could write the forms the way that Kepar mentioned.
Although - I can see that both ways equal the same - it would probably confuse me a bit too much.
Which with me is easily done...0
