I've tried having a look for a photo that shows my outfit off well, but can't find one that looks good! Ha, basically I wore a white apron over the top, white stockings, headband etc.

One thing that went down really well at the party was the croquet equipment - we drew and cut out of plywood some flamingoes, painted them pink using tester pots from B&Q, and used a marker to put on some detail. Then the other half attached some clips to the back and clipped them onto this childhood croquet set. Although we didn't actually have somewhere to play, they were a good prop My cousin is also a grand cake maker (she's doing my wedding cake) and made an amazing AiW inspired cake

im in milton keynes which some think is south east or east or just a random part of the country lol

And congrats on being from a gold medalist's home town, you'll have to have a photo next to the golden post box!

Well I'm from around Lutonish area so not that far away! But limited to public transport haha - and the birds are at the other halves parents more around hertfordshire area! We could try and sort something out but otherwise they're pretty easy to make. We just got a pic of a flamingo online, borrowed a projector to trace the shape out onto wood (though it you know someone who could draw it/have a photocopier you can blow things up on that would work too!) and then cut them out.

thats not my one thats the one they want copied i am not even starting to work on it until after my wedding but its actually not as difficult as it looks

i will have to find the golden post box first we have so many lol

Well good luck with the making!! Cake making is fun, though my attempts always taste better than they look (luckily - and usually means more for me as other people think they look dodgy )
