Hi
Me and my partner have saved up enough for a 10% deposit and we have just had an offer on a house accepted.
Our mortgage advisor has recommended nationwide as the overall cost for comparison is 4.5% has anyone seen a better rate than this?
We require a 90% Loan as we have a 10% deposit

I believe that First Direct and HSBC will have lower rates, but they are very picky about who they lend to.
If you have an absolutely perfect set of credit histories and your income multiples are pretty standard then it might be worth a look?
Where was the mortgage advisor from out of interest?0
