Ok, many thanks for taking the trouble to reply. I will try and locate a broker who may be able to help us. I assume there are restrictions on here with regard to suggesting suitable brokers etc.
The lending market has changed rapidly in the past year. Releasing equity to fund a deposit on a new property is fundamentally a no. A lender will expect you to be putting your own money up not borrowing more.
So not a brokers you will struggle with but a lender interested in your proposition.0
