Hi All
Ive had an agreement in principle from the above and have recently forwarded all my identification and proof of income documents to them for approval.
Has anyone got any experience of these guys? If so how quick were they to process things etc?
Thanks

Theyre up and down. Ive known it to be about 2 weeks but in the main its about a week. Off memory im sure they have their timescales on their website but i might be wrong.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I was told that they state they aim for an 8 day turn around by my broker.
Just wanted to check if thats reasonable from anyone's experience.
What are they they like to deal with in the main?

8 working days? Thats getting on for 2 weeks then.
Theyre fine, i used to work for a company that used them quite a bit. Theyre quite well run and everything runs pretty smoothly. i know its hard not to, but its down to your broker to be worrying about it thats what hes getting paid for.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Excellent, thanks very much for your info.
Having had the mortgage agreed in principle will they now just be checking I am who I say I am, earn what I say I earn, the property is sound for security purposes.
I assume they do all their credit checks at the time of application for the AIP?
