Reclaiming Meaf Fees!

I have written to my mortgage lender about the fees I paid when we cleared the account but have heard nothing back. The Problem is I have a lot of different adresses for the C&G and so am not sure whether they would have got it. Should I write again or leave it a while longer, it has been over 26 days now, Also would it matter that I have my new mortgage with them also. Should I ring them instead of writing again?

Ring them they should have sent you a holding letter by now telling you they have received your letter and that they would deal with it in due course.After all the searching life is what i make it!0
