On Saturday 15 June 2013 The Fairfield Halls in Croydon will be home to a unique musical collaboration led by Charles Hazlewood (The British Paraorchestra, Orchestra in a Field) with Tom Jenkinson (aka Squarepusher) and the Southbank Sinfonia.


Tracks from Squarepusher’s recent album, Ufabulum, are the starting point. The building blocks of electronic dance music will then be applied across the immense tonal palette of the orchestra. Further layers will be added to the event by including works from radical twentieth century composers such as Messiaen, Xenakis, George Benjamin and Ligeti.


Listen To This will be a white-knuckle ride of a musical performance, an exciting and unique night out… and one never to forget.
