any help would be much appreciated!!!
i had legal aid over court cases with regards to family law, the case finished oct 2011. i represented myself in this hearing because my cert had been revoked due to me owing 2months contributions.
i was granted legal aid but had to contribute a certian amount.
I recieved a letter the other day saying my legal aid certificate was revoked in sept 2011 and i now had to pay the original costs paid under the cerrt which are 2,500.
i wrote back asking is there anyway i can pay the debt which caused this, (the 2months contributions) and i got no letter back, just a income and outgoings form to inform them what i can pay towards the 2,500. they snubbed the letter i sent basicaly lol.
can anyone help or shall i shut up and hope theyl settle for £10 a month towards it!!??

thanks for your reply, no i did not recieve any property. the court case was literally about contact only. a contact order was made and that was it. i was 2 months in arrears and they are saying because this made my certificate revoked all the costs originally paid are now payable??!!0
