Help would be appreciated...

I have got into financial trouble and I am struggling this month to pay all my debts, I have contacted payday loans companies I owe and came up with a payment plan but it's still going to be a heck of a struggle.

List of debts:

Lending Steam
31/7/12 157.50
31/8/12 119.70
28/9/12 100.80
31/10/12 81.90

WDA
31/7/12 50.00
31/8/12 250.00

Wonga
1/8/12 235.27
1/9/12 235.25
1/10/12 235.25

Peachy
8/8/12 120.00

Friends 185.00
Friends 180.00
Girlfriend 100.00
Dad 1000.00

Capital One 845.00 on credit card

Overdraft 2950 (overlimit by 50)

Nightmare scenario to get myself into and I am trying desperately hard to get my head above water. I am due to be paid 1100 tomorrow but as you can see this aint going to leave me with anything.

Would appreciate if anyone has any help or advice?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi

Your pdl repayments for the next seem to come to £562. How much is it essential to pay back to your other debts this month? can Dad/girfriend wait for their money? will your friends accept a small payment towards the money owed whilst you get back on track?

What other outgoings do you have to pay before your next payday? Have you any things you could sell to help raise some money?

Have you opened a new bank account yet? - or are your wages still going to the account that the payday loan companies have the details of?

How did you come up with the repayment plans with the pdl companies? Did you agree to these figures - or was it the least they said they would accept?

If you cannot manage this level of repayment then you made need to default on the payments and then only offer payments to them at a rate you can afford (but only if they cannot raid your bank account).

I need to pay my friends and girlfriend but my dad can receive staggered payments.

I am currently trying to sell books, cds, dvds but that aint gonna get me much.

Still going into my bank account that the pdl know about, I want to pay back the payday loans as they were good enough to lend to me in the first place and some have been really good about paying it back, wonga in particular.

How did you come up with the repayment plans with the pdl companies? Did you agree to these figures - or was it the least they said they would accept?

I emailed wonga and they helped, i have deferred WDA, and Lending Stream are taking all sorts of money over months, the initial loan was like 250 and i have paid back much more than that and still have 300 odd to go.

If you cannot manage this level of repayment then you made need to default on the payments and then only offer payments to them at a rate you can afford (but only if they cannot raid your bank account).

I don't really want to go down this road although I can see your point.

    Thanks for your reply.
