Ernest Jones Credit Agreement

I took out a credit agreement to pay for wedding ring last August through Ernest Jones, which I believe was done through Santander.

Have moved house over the last 6 months and managed to lose all the documentation that I had.

The money was coming off my credit card every month, nicely until I had my credit card stolen recently and had to have a replacement card.

I am now trying to get hold of the powers that be to give them the new card details but it seems nobody can help.

Have tried calling the phone number on https://www.santanderfinance.co.uk and they claim it has nothing to do with them and passed me through to Ernest Jones who say that they have nothing showing on their system about me.

Can anybody point me in the right direction? As I really do not want an unwanted debt building.

Is this an account that would appear on your credit reference file, as I seem to recall that the reference (from Experian at least) also includes a list of contact details at the back of applicable organisations that you have accounts with...?

    Just a thought... :)
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
