Who can enter
Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:
· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com website as stated in the This Morning programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 30th July 2012.
· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. on Sunday 2nd September 2012 as stated in the Programme.
· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 7.30 a.m. on Friday 7th September 2012.

How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and personal contact information via:
· Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.
· SMS text – send a SMS text with or without the keyword "PRIZE" to 63335; up to 6 entries per phone number provided. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged. Texts will be charged at £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.
· PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 9999and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines, charges for other networks may be higher and from mobiles may be considerably more. Entrants will be required to provide personal contact information including but not limited to their name and daytime phone.

Loyalty offer 6 for 4 on PRTS and SMS
· SMS text – SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text to 63335 by the Prize Draw closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

· PRTS Phone - Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the Prize Draw a third time without additional charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

Prize:
There is one prize consisting of a cheque for £35,000 (thirty-five thousand pounds) made payablein the name of the entrant only and a seven-night trip for the winner and up to five companions to Menorca, staying at Villa Maitreya (a 6 bedroom villa with private pool) in San Jaime, Menorca, on a self-catering basis.The prize includes return economy flights for six people from a choice of UK airports (Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham or Glasgow) to Menorca (Mahon airport), access to a car and a day excursion on-board a Menorca Sailing Yacht private charter for six people.

The cheque for £35,000 will be delivered by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery to the winner's home address. A signature will be required upon delivery.

The trip to Menorca will be arranged directly with the Prize Provider for the holiday, who will contact the winner directly in order to arrange booking. The prize must be taken between 1st April 2013 and 31st October 2013 and cannot be taken during July and August 2013. The winner must book the holiday at least 30 days before the start of the trip. The winner's preferred dates for taking the prize will be subject to the availability of the villa. Upon booking the winner will be bound by and subject to the Solmar Villas Limited booking terms and conditions, which are available at http://www.solmarvillas.com/Content/BookingConditions.aspx.

The Villa includes access to a car, provided that the winner or one of the winner’s companions is aged 23 or over and holds a full driver’s licence. The car includes unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes but excludes fuel. Transfers to and from Mahon airport to the villa will be arranged with the Prize Provider for the holiday.

The Prize Provider for the holiday will also arrange the booking of the day excursion on the private charter yacht directly with the winner. Passport details of all passengers will be required before the excursion. Depending on weather conditions, the yacht will either sail from Mahon harbour (Moll de Ilevant 303, Mahon, 07701 Menorca) and take the south coast sailing towards Binibecca, or sail from Mahon harbour and take the north coast sailing towards Es Grau. The yacht departs at 10.00am and will arrive back in Mahon harbour at approximately 5.30 p.m. Lunch and drinks, including some champagne, will be provided. The prize excludes UK ground transfers, any other meals or drinks, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.

Where one of the winner’s companions is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider for the holiday of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Menorca. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider for the holiday; and (iv) ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to Menorca. It is also the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Menorca including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over.
