I'm starting to feel bad - I don't have a premier near me, but there is one near someone I visit every Wednesday - so it's the same guy serving every time I pop in just before - I hope he can't remember me from each time!

  • Hi there, I recently printed off my Premier Stores coupon for free cookies and took the coupon to the shop. The shop keeper then gave me the cookies free of charge so I then walked out. He did not bother to even scan the coupon? When I returned to the shop two days later he started shouting at me stating that I should come in and buy a newspaper or a bottle of milk before I can redeem a free coupon. Does it say that on the terms and conditions and does it comply with any of the terms? Quite peed of by this as I don't remember anybody else posting about this. Please help!

    Thanks,
    Lewis!

Just print todays voucher off and go in and get your crisps, it has the t+c on it, it says nothing about having to buy anything else in store while redeeming and neither did the cookie one(although the guy may be within his rights to refuse to serve you I suppose)!

I am quite lucky with my local store, they have no problems with me going in and getting my freebie(Except for one that was pricemarked and they didn't have the item, but I must admit to buyiong a newspaper and some rolls that I needed last time I went in!
