When is the Clarks Sale?

I seem to recall they have one at about Easter. My dd needs new shoes and trainers so can anyone let me know the date the sale starts??

Our Clarks has a sale on now, but whether it's a full blown sale, or just a few lines, I am not sure. I only stopped in there briefly. If it's things like school shoes, Gilesports have a massive sale on, and I got a pair of Ben Sherman smart shoes for £20 (70% off)

its usually after the easter hols i think as everyone buys them new ones to start school with for the new term then gets cross they are in the sale the week later lol

Just shoes!Unless its a really obscure colour that they have made that no longer sells.Then it goes down to £1There isn't a sale after the easter hols.Clarks dont usually have spring sale. Just a summer one and a winter one.They do run lots of promotions through the year but its mainly on adults shoes. Rarely on kids shoes although sometimes trainers get reduced but not often.:)

Can I ask if clarks shops can order sizes in, I was told last time in store that they couldn't do this anymore. If they don't how can I get shoes to fit my DDs wide feet if they aren't in stock she's desparate.

Unfortunately not. Clarks shops do not have the ability to order shoes for customers anymore. They are upgrading the systems and installing a system where you will be able to order either online/instore/telephone and have shoes delivered either to a local store or home BUT they are focussing on adults shoes and not kids so I think its going to be a long time before you can order kids shoes.

Have the staff tried a bigger size in length to accomodate her wide feet. Its usually a good solution. It will depend on how old your daughter is as to whether she'd be ok with this. I know its not ideal but most children/even adults have to end up with shoes a bit big in the length to accomodate really wide feet. Not much help but just a suggestion. Are you local store good at trying lots of different sizes/styles? Sometimes a 'g' if she is measuring a 'h' will fit. Different styles fit differently so other sizes are worth a try.

If you are not getting anywhere maybe ask to speak to a manager and say you are really struggling and could you have a really experienced member of staff just so you know you are going to get all the options available. Experienced staff will be quicker at knowing what styles will or will not fit your daughter.

Flo Flo, I was trying to find a particular shoe in my size that my local store didn't have, so I phoned up Clarks HO, and they told me which stores had the size I was looking for (these were adult shoes). They also told me if I phoned the store that had the size, the store would post them to me, which they did. Unfortunately the fit was not great so I returned them to my local store who refunded them.
