By submitting your entry for campaign Maxi-Cosi Photo comp (the "Promotion"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of any affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of Dorel (UK) Limited ("Dorel") and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.
2. The Promotion will be open from Monday 23 July until 12am (midnight) on Sunday 5 August (the "Closing Date").
3. No purchase of any sort is necessary to enter the Promotion.
4. You may enter this Promotion by using the "Maxi-Cosi Photo Comp" Tab (the "Tab") on the Maxi-Cosi UK Facebook page found at: https://www.facebook.com/maxicosi.uk by liking Maxi-Cosi UK on Facebook and emailing uk-facebook@dorel.eu to enter. The subject line of your email must say "Maxi-Cosi Photo Comp" or your entry may not be picked up in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "Entry").
5. On entry to this Promotion, using the email you have provided to enter you consent to receive news from Dorel about its products.
6. You only need to "Like" Maxi-Cosi UK on Facebook once to participate in the promotion.
7. On entry to this Promotion if you win you consent to Maxi-Cosi using your image for adverts and other PR and marketing materials.
8. 1st prize - Only one winner with one winning picture will be chosen for the adverts and they will also receive a group 1 car seat of their choice. 2nd prize 1 x Maxi-Cosi Noa 3rd Prize Travel Buddies Sam, Lisa and Max
9. To enter simply send the high resolution to uk-facebook@dorel.eu with 'Maxi-Cosi Photo Comp' in the subject.
10. PLEASE NOTE – In order for your image to be suitable for print you must send us a high resolution image. Our email can take images up to 10MB in size.
11. If you are a winner you will also be requested to sign a release form which gives your consent for Dorel UK Ltd to use the image. Failure to sign the form will mean automatic disqualification.
12. Please note that Maxi Cosi UK advises a physical fitting of the car seat is carried out in your vehicle by a trained member of staff prior to use to ensure a safe fitting. Maxi Cosi cannot be held responsible for the performance of an incorrectly fitted car seat or a car seat fitted without physical fitting confirmation.
13. Make sure you tell your friends about this great competition.
14. This prize promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and the by entering this prize promotion you acknowledge that your information is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
15. You enter this promotion by emailing uk-facebook@dorel.eu this registers your entry. You can enter up to three images per entrant.
16. A panel of judges from Maxi-Cosi will select the three winning pictures on the 6th August and the winners will be notified within 24 hours.
17. The Winners will be contacted using the email address used for entry.
18. The Prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternatives will be given.
19. The Prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize of an equivalent value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason. If Dorel is unable to contact any Winner or any Winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the Prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another participant.
20. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, then the Promoter may, in its sole discretion invalidate your Entry and disqualify you and your Entry from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
21. The Promoter may at any time, for any reason and without notice nor liability, cancel, suspend or discontinue the Promotion or any part of it.

23.
