Pork Belly Slices

Hi all,
I have some pork belly slices that I want to cook for dinner tonight. Just want to simply roast them in the oven so they have nice crispy skin.
What temp and for how long should I cook them?
I saw the other belly pork thread with loads of ideas but no simple roasting instructions!

Hi
Without seeing the size then it really is impossible to give you the correct time.
Dry the skin and score it with a knife. Then add salt, rub it in to the cuts.
Put in a very hot oven 210degrees for around 15 minutes then turn right down to 170degrees and continue to cook for around 20-40 minutes depending on the size.
I like to roast mine on top of potatoes as the fat and cooking juices flavour the potatoes lovely.:)
