    I ordered on 29th July and mine arrived on Friday - massive box, lots of lovely goodies. Very good service, couldn't fault it.

    I ordered on the 30th and received mine yesterday so it took a week. I was a little bit disappointed by the slow service considering the price of postage but the lovely products were worth the wait!
  • Mine's just arrived!
  • I ordered the 29th, money taken and confirmation received.

    Nothing since, emailed them yesterday, but have heard nothing back.

    V. Poor service IMO, ESP considering the cost of postage.

    Not happy here :(

    Half of my order has not been fulfilled am disappointed in service as only told yesterday dispatched with half missing charged original postage for less items and 1 item is still instock
  • Just received a dispatch (at last) but with multiple items missing. So very very not happy at all.

    Having read the returns t&cs I'm thinking of refusing delivery but they state they will deduct postage costs plus 15%!:eek:

    Surely under the distance selling regs this is wrong? Don't I have 7 days to reject the order for a FULL refund?

    I think you get 7 days to change your mind but that may not include the postage. My order was also incomplete - I called and was told there was a glitch due to the 50% off promotion but the missing items would be reordered for me today, may be worth ringing them? Good luck!
