quiet kettle

have a kettle that would rival a small aircraft for volume. Can anyone recommend a quiet kettle - pref chrome or brushed chrome that is good value???

When about the fifth cheap kettle conked out bought a Dualit and though it's tough as old boots and stylish to boot, I reckon it could rival Concorde.0

I thought it was just my kettle that was loud but visiting a friend the other day, her's was just as bad.
I say we should ask James Dyson to come up with a solution. It could be his next big seller.0
