Employer not adding you on Payroll

Hi,
I need to know, what can be done if your employer doesn't add you on payroll (even after pushing them several times) where your weekly wadges are £99.04 for 16hr/week. Would it effect you? and is there anything that can be done?
Thanks

If you did not hand in a P45 when you started then all the employer is required to do, if you are being paid less than the lower earnings limit (£107) and select A or B on a P46, is get you to fill in the P46 and keep this along with a few details of you and what is paid to you.0 -
Its first job so no P45, secondly what you mean by "keep this along with a few details of you and what is paid to you."If you did not hand in a P45 when you started then all the employer is required to do, if you are being paid less than the lower earnings limit (£107) and select A or B on a P46, is get you to fill in the P46 and keep this along with a few details of you and what is paid to you.0 -

The P46 should be kept by the employer and if at some time in the future earnings go over the lower earnings limit then the P46 is sent to HMRC and whatever emergency code is applicable is used on the employee's pay. Untill that time the employer does not have to advise HMRC that you are working for them.
The details they are required to keep are....
"....a record of the employee’s name, address and
amount of pay."0 -
So you are actually on the payroll, its just that you're not earning enough to pay Tax and NImake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
