Pudding Ideas please

It is my turn for Sunday pudding. D.S has taken the car to work to I am stuck with what is in the house and am looking for inspiration please :A

Possible ingrediants are;

Frozen cooking apples
Eating apples
Jam (Blackcurrant and Blackberry)
Golden Syrup
2 eggs
Flour
Sugar
Semolina
Creme Fraiche
Milk

    If there is no margerine, perhaps some pancakes (flour, eggs and milk) with some cooked fruit on them, served with a sprinkling of sugar to taste and the creme fraiche on the side...

    I would pile all the cooked apples into a tin, make a batter and cook them like toad in the hole, once cooked I would drizzle with the golden syrup.

    Or I would core the apples pop in a spoonful of jam and bake, I would serve with a custard sauce made with the eggs and milk.
