We refer to yourt recent letter requesting a copy of th credit aggreement for the above account, pursuant to the Consumer Credit Act. We are not the creditor for this account but instructed on behalf of the above client. In the cicumstances, weare returning your cheque which was made out to Wescoc as this needs to be made payable to Barclaycard. you can either send your reques direct to our client or resend it to us and we will the forward it to them.
In the meantime, you will neen to make arrangements to pay the account. We shall place the account on hold for 28 days to enable you to agree a repayment arrangement.
I do not quite understand there letter, as i am disputing the debt in the first place why are they stillasking me to pay what should be my next step please.

If you have never had a debt with Barclaycard, then you sent the wrong letter.
The £1 CCA request only applies if you are the debtor.
If you are not, then you should send a letter something like the one in this link.
