Thanks guys ..... I did attempt to go to work this morning but by the time I'd got as far as the park with Maisie (couple of mins), I realised it wasn't going to happen - the world and me are on a different rotational axis today:o.
Have spent most of the day in bed and have slept a lot (didn't last night as couldn't breathe whenever I lay flat). Maisie will have to make do with some ball throwing in the garden later (I can sit down while I do that!). Dog walker comes tomorrow (usually just a "play session" of 1/2 hour as it's all I can afford on a regular basis) and he's going to manage to squeeze her in for a "proper" walk (she'll be climbing the walls by then).
Good for the NSDs tho' (even tho' I'm not counting this month!)

Well the bad news is that i didn't get the job, but then i never expected too in all honesty, it really was a face fitting type of interview rather than a skills based one iyswim, but thank you all so much for the good luck wishes, seeing as not one of my family remembered to ask it really did mean alot!
Won't be one for me today, as now off to drown my sorrows having my usual Monday night beer with the old boys :beer:February NSD challenge 5/150 -

Sorry about the job BDINI x
Rising, hope you feel better soon. Are you able to take any decongestant sprays? I've found they make the power of difference when I'm bunged up, I usually have one with a lemsip (I know, shouldn't take two things containing decongestants) and it does help me get a few hours sleep.
I had the most awesome time at Hyde Park yesterday, I really hope it isn't the last time Blur play as seeing them then reminded me of how much I love them - although the chances of me seeing them with my friend I guess are remote.
Been out for dinner with same friend and her parents tonight, had a lovely time and clocked up NSD #4 as they treated me to my meal - which was lovely and very sweetBit sad now though as that's the last time I'll see her before she flys back to Oz
did have a wee tear on the drive home.

No NSD for me yesterday
I spent money I really shouldn't have - bloomin holidays
BDINI - Sorry about the jobbut at least you have shown your interest (and your face if that's what it was all about) There'll be something bigger and better waiting for you. I'm a big believer in "what's for you, won't go by you"
Spoony - Do the updates whenever you can, they don't necessarily need to be done every day as I can scroll through the posts - no problem
