Thanks to you all for the supportive messages. I'm sore and have marked my arm a bit, but it'll be ok in a day or 3 hopefully. I was soooooo annoyed last night, as I usually go to spin class on a Monday and have also missed the gym since last Thursday as I was off work:mad:. Still, I was lucky not to have done more damage:o.

Managed NSD number 2 yesterday again thanks to the little pot trick for Surestart centre, be such a shame to lose a whole NSD for £1!
Possibly might get another today but we shall see!
