Rooting jars/vases?

I've seen some absolutely adorable little rooting jars on a blog, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas about where you can get them from? I've tried a few google searches but no luck.

I'm guessing it's probably quite a retro thing, so might have to just keep an eye out in charity shops!

love the Pinterest bulbs, and then realised as a good MSE'r I don't have bulbs like these mine are all energy saving, so a trip to the pound store may be in order.
