Are we automatically discharged?

My OH and I were both made bankrupt July 27th 2011 and last week my OH received another form for income details. We are both self employed and on a very low income so were on HB & CTC and recently applied for WTC, which was given to us. We have had no surplus income to make any payment towards our BR. I have contacted HB but we are still waiting for them to re calculate any payment. We will have to ring the people dealing with my OH's bankruptsy as unable to complete paperwork by their deadline until we have heard if we are getting any HB. I checked the AIB register and it says it is updated daily but we are still on there. Does this mean that although 12 months have passed, we are not discharged?

Did you actually click on your names and check your status? You stay on the register for three months after discharge, and if you have been the status should now read "discharged".0 -
Click on your name to take you through to the full details and it should say discharged. Your entry will stay on the register got three months after AD and will then disappear. If you can get a print out of the entry for when you do your credit file clean up in a couple of months time.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

In Scotland you are still on the BR register for over 10 years0
