Yes I am, have just checked my credit file on Noddle and have 5 defaults from 09/10, and to my surprise 1 has never been defaulted so shows as late payments.
I have an up to date mobile contract, bank account and credit card though but again according to noddle I am a 1/5 credit rating person, which is no surprise, hence the status quo has to remain I believe.
