hi there

is there any chance for a carer to apply for a personal loan,(where?) ,she had to stop working to look after her husband,a year ago, would the lenders accept this if she say her job is to look after her husband (she's getting careres Allowance and she can prove that is able to make payment every month),she don't have a pay slip or employer but her bank statrment shows her care allowance+her husband benefits (need loan for renewing house),do u know any lenders,

many thanks for any good advise

Unlikely but there is no harm in asking.

how much do you want to borrow?

wouldn't it be better to save up first and then spend the money?

If she can wait for a bit, I suspect that her local Credit Union would consider a loan, provided she can save a regular amount with them first for a while.

Further to my earlier post - it is highly unlikely that any sane lender would offer a sum like that.
Whilst income is stable - what happens if something happens to the patient and she has nobody to care for - how will she repay then?

Google for a credit union in your area and ask what they can do if anything.
