I'm looking for unsecured personal loan . I have less than average credit score, I am in full time employment earning £18k+ a year, NEVER got in debt OR took credit before but still got declined by my own bank

Well to find your answer its a case of applying for loans ?
For starters do you know your score is less than average ? which is worthless as ponted out by bugsy below

The problem is, because you've never had credit before, creditors have no idea whether you are trustworthy or not.
You did the right thing by going to your bank because some (such as Barclays) part-base their loan decisions on how you've managed your current account.
If you've had no credit, you need to start with a credit card (try your bank). You should get a small credit limit - spend a little on it each month and repay the balance in full. After several months, you will have a credit record for lenders to look at and assess.0
