Well this is the thing. The property I'm buying is currently let anyway so I wouldn't be lying on the application if I sated the current tenants are non friends / family on an AST.
The seller and tenants already know I won't be keeping them on however, and they will be served with notice upon completion. They are showing no signs of being unhappy with this
EDIT: Come to think of it, I probably should have mentioned that earlier in the thread...0 -
You have been advised of the consequences of lying on an application.
You seem to have made up your mind to do it anyway.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. a) no I haven't made up my mind to "do it anyway", the whole point of this thread is to find a suitable solution.
b) please explain how it would be lying if the property, at completion, is being let to people who aren't friends or relatives, already on an AST?
c) I have a consultation with an independent all of market broker tomorrow to find a suitable lender0
