5. The winner will be selected by BuyMobilePhones.net, at BuyMobilePhones.net's absolute discretion from all valid entries and notified on 13 August 2012 via email. This is the email you have entered into the competition form.
6. There is one Nexus 7 16GB device for entrants to win.
7. Competition entrants do not have a choice of handset colour.
8. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within a specific time period that will be set-out in the notification email and will be no less than 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, another winner may be drawn.
