There's something wrong with my dog?

People, enough of judging! Changes in our pets happen sometimes slowly and subtly and by the time we consciesely realize something is wrong, it has been a few days. Not saying MarieYad hasn't done anything wrong, but we all were inexperienced once.
MarieYad, if you haven't taken him to the vet yet, take him in right away. My first dog was just getting a bit slower, which was not unexpected because of his old age, but it turned out he had terminal cancer. Dogs hide their ailments very well, meaning when you see it, it needs attention right away. And when they try to bite you, that's a sign of pain. Don't keep him in pain, get him checked out.
I hope it is nothing serious!0 -
Is he castrated? The neighbours dog has been off his food & losing weight due to his hormones apparently *eye rolling*0

Can you let us know how he is please, OP?0

Folks, the OP hasn't logged back in since the day that she posted this
. Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j
If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!0 -

When you have been here a while you see/ find some members join with another name just to wind people up.
Now I am not saying this is the case with this thread, but, this member hasnt been back. Harsh maybe but experience tells me a wind up.
As for judging, I try not to, but when they ask on a board about an ill animal instead of going ASAP to the Vets it makes me angry. xRIP TJ. You my be gone, but never forgotten. You're right Chris. Bit of a strange one but then we do see a bit of that on here from time to time.0

I can fully appreciat that! Makes me angry too. My experience from smaller forums is that if people feel they are under attack, they simply don't come back and this will certainly not benefit any animal. That's why I said, enough. If one says, "I can't believe you are so irresponsible" that's the piece said. It doesn't need 10. Or at least it shouldn't need 10 to sink in.
Well, let's hope you are right and it was a wind up and there is no poor dog out there!0 -

If you stick around the pet board long enough Bonita you will soon understand, and also pick out the "wind ups".
