Frozen choux pastry

Options
I made some choux pastry last October,used some of it and froze the rest.The recipe I used said that it could be frozen for 3 months.Would you still use it?

    Yes, I really can't see any problem with that at all.

    Just so that you know, I am a bit funny about dates and things and food safety but I really wouldn't think twice about this.

    In my freezer I have some sweet shortcrust pasty and frangipani mix which I will get around to using. Thats been more than three months, I'm sure.
