I went to a farmers market and bought some of these flapjacks and would like to make some. They where only made with 3 ingredients oats ,honey and olive oil. Can anyone help with a recipe or the amounts of each that I would need. Thanks

I'm surprised it sets well but according to this Honey, olive oil flapjack recipe it's equal volumes of honey and oil with 2.50-3 times the volume of oats (it does give some weights but the volumes look a safer bet).
tbh, I'd have thought it would need some solid fat or sugar to make it set so I've no idea if the above recipe works.August grocery challenge: £8.65/£300

Gosh I don't know how you found that recipe but thanks I will let you know how I get on. Just watching the opening of the Olympics and enjoying it, and about to check my Euro Lottery.0

I made them yesterday they are very good i only made them with the olive oil, honey and oats. So they where as natural as possible. Did not win on the lottery. So now back to the house work.0

They sound really nice, I to am surprised that they sem to set weee, perhaps the stickyness of the honey is what keeps it all together1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480
