Flapjack made with olive oil and honey

I went to a farmers market and bought some of these flapjacks and would like to make some. They where only made with 3 ingredients oats ,honey and olive oil. Can anyone help with a recipe or the amounts of each that I would need. Thanks

I'm surprised it sets well but according to this Honey, olive oil flapjack recipe it's equal volumes of honey and oil with 2.50-3 times the volume of oats (it does give some weights but the volumes look a safer bet).

tbh, I'd have thought it would need some solid fat or sugar to make it set so I've no idea if the above recipe works.

Gosh I don't know how you found that recipe but thanks I will let you know how I get on. Just watching the opening of the Olympics and enjoying it, and about to check my Euro Lottery.
