Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their primary state of residence at the time of entry and who are members in good standing of the Twitter Web Site. If you are under the age of majority in your primary state of residence ("Minor"), get you parent's or legal guardian's consent to enter the Sweepstakes. If a verified winner is a Minor, the prize may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, who, that event, must execute the necessary affidavit and release as more fully detailed below.
