Technically yes. 100% mortgages are available but you'll need additional security (ie: Parents house).

Or find ways to increase your income / reduce your outgoings.

Clothes, pub, tobacco, travel, eating out, takeaways, entertainment, etc are the first place to make cut backs. Any recurring memberships or non essential utilities, do you really need all of them? Also switching utilities annually helps to ensure you aren't overpaying there, either.

Then consider if you could rent somewhere cheaper.

Then if you have a car consider if you could have something more cost effective.

And of course ensure you're making the most of your CV and skillset, never be afraid to reach for better work if it's available.

Then, as Thrugelmir says, start saving

...and what is wrong with renting forever? Two thirds of our German friends do it and they seem to be doing very nicely than you very much compared with all us mortgaged up to the hilt house owners!
