Most are a BOGOF or a free child. I just checked the South West area and the only things free are "one free swimming lesson", well, I can already swim.

So - only free if you have another half, and/or a kid.

Needs to be a slightly older kid too, nothing suitable for under four year olds in my area that isn't already free (paintballing, skating, bowling etc a bit old for my litte one!).

I've found a few places I might try (on a BOGOF). I quite often buy these shampoos anyway so it'd be a cheap day out.
