My emplyer has not paid me enough

Due to health issues, I had to take appox. four weeks off work during April and early May. My employer has the policy of not paying the first 3 days of sick, which is fine. So, in May's wage they took they required money off me and that was that.
Except when June's pay was released, they had taken another 3 days from me. According to HR, I had returned to work and then gone off again on the sick, which was not true. It all got resolved and they agreed that I was owed the money. The problem then was I was about to be TUPE transferred to another company and it was said that my employer at the time couldn't run another payroll/BACS transfer because the tax and NI would not reslove itself, but I would, most definately, get the money this month (July).
Well, low and behold, my pay slip falls on my mat this morning, and the money is not there. It is £167, and a lot of money for me. Last month, I had to put off paying bills and go into my over draft (which I had painstakingly just paid off!!) in order to last the 5 weeks and 2 days since I got paid last. Obviolusly, I am very angry as this money is needed and I feel like I am not being taken seriously.
Can anyone advise me on what I can do or say to get this resolved? I want to say, give me the money or I'm taking three days off, but I don't think that will get me very far. The company I was previously with and the company I have been TUPE transferred into are both huge well known companies.
Any help greatly appreciated!
