I'm trying to find the lowest priced website to download classical orchestrial/operatic music.
I know all the basic sites (Amazon, Itunes, Tunetribe, HMV...etc) but wondered if there is a specialist site and possibly one which is cheaper? Its not so easy to search via the MSE-music price checker as one classical peice can have many different titles (and thats if I actually manage to recall everything I want!).
I'm not sure where to start looking!

No- do they do one-off downloads? I thought you had to have a subscription for them? (I don't have a mobile or smartphone and most of the time listen to music on-the-go via an MP3 so sportify isn't an option sadly- but thanks

Thanks- I found via HDUK a link to a classical music sampler on Amazon, it has about 14? tracks on and another 4 track of Tchaikovsy (sp!) I'm a bit over tired at the moment but will post the links later otherwise they're all on HDUK somewhere.0

The first album "Warner Classics Summer Sampler 2012" is in Amazon's standard free area and they also have this new value compilation for eight quid "The 50 Greatest Performances of Classical Music"0

Try Youtube.Search the artists name or the song title.
The bonus is that you get to watch the performer as well.
All the opera stars are there, its enough to blow you away - so hold on tight.:j0 -

I use firefox as a browser, not the best browser but adequate. Then when you have Firefox on your computer download 'Download Helper' which is an add on for Firefox. You then can download from Youtube in a number of formats including mp3 & mp4. Dont know much about ipods as I have had a 60gb Zen Vision M mp3 player for a number of years which has been absolutely fantastic - language learning - videos - radio - music, in fact the only thing it does not do is wash the dishes.
Anyway chose your format and you should be okay.:j0
