trying to clear up CCJ but what is rate for mortgages?

Options
there has been a misunderstanding (to cut a long story short) and am trying to clear up a CCJ with courts etc that i got without even knowing. However i am also in the process of trying to get a mortgage. if the ccj is still there (and not had any others and have a good credit rating otherwise) until this is done what sort of mortgage rates can one get with a CCJ?
thanks in advance.
it is £600 and i wonder if - they are a really horrible company and there is no customer service at all which i have notified watchdog about - is it better to pay this just for the sake of getting a good credit again on my file for mortgage purposes. thanks in advance.

Depends on your income, depends on your outgoings, depends on your credit history, depends on type of property, depends on whether going fixed or discount, depends on the size of loan, depends on your age.

What I am saying is it depends !

Anything from 2% to 15%+. You'll fit somewhere between the two no doubt but will have to discuss your circumstances with a good broker to find out where.

    Best of luck.
