Hi guys............I need a mortgage, for a new home.........rented privately for years. I`m 52, whats the chance of me getting a mortgage?? Jim

    Come on Jim - people over 50 can have mortgages, although subject to credit score, income, employment and deposit.

    If you want to detail these, will give you a more specific answer..
