IVA refused - no other option but bankruptcy

Have you tried to see if the CAB can do anyting on your behalf. My mum had health problems and they dealt with her debts on her behalf. She did not have to do anything.
Sending you a big hug as this can't be easy dealing with this whilst pregnant.
