Wonga threat?

Ok this may sound strange but it actually is.

Im friends with this police officer i don't actually know him personally but i know him from a friends friend.., and today i just got a text off him saying a bailiff has rang the station asking for a warrant to enter my home tomorrow at 9AM/PM! which is for wonga, don't get me wrong i haven't been keeping up with payments but im now in a steady position to start paying it.

To me this doesn't sound right, i have had no letters stating anything from the courts or even a bailiff, it has only just got to Mackenzie last week so my question is, is this certain person winding me up or is it right? because i am a wreck!, sorry if this makes no sense as it makes no sense to me!

only a court can issue a warrant, court is a long way off yet if mac hall have only just got it.
if a bailiff does turn up dont let him/her in.. and close all windows and lock doors

I don't even have to finish reading your post. Trust me, if he claims this happened then he's talking out of his backside.
