Are they sending out the forms for you?

You'll be busy filling in three copies which will help keep your mind of it, they are quite simple to do but seems a task with all that paper landing on your door step.
  • they have sent me a link to download them from insolvency service just got to get through them now

Just to say that some courts want three copies, mine didn't - just needed the one. Might be worth a phone call to the court to check rather than print out three forms two of which you don't need. (as I did!)

sorry to take over the thread but...can you choose the court date after the first available date given or do you have to accept the one given to you? also, do you just print out the forms 6.27 and 6.28 and take them with you to the court on your bankruptcy date or does this have to be filled in by CAB or OR etc? Thanks

You can choose your appointment. You can fill them in yourself. There are examples on here to help you should you get confused while completing them.
