Hi everyone :j
I wanted to see if anyone would be able to help me with something.
I have a debt management planwith PayPlan as I have an outstanding debt of £2805 originally with MBNA but now is with AIC, and a debt for about £4800 which was originally with HSBC but is now with a DCA called Bluestone Recoveries who are based in USA.
After they have corresponded with PayPlan ,it seems that they cannot locate my account (I knew it was with them because I received an email at work). Now, my debt is kind of in limbo.
I want to write to them to ask for proof they have the debt-what template should i use?
Seperately, does anyone know how much AIC generally accespt as F&F settlement?
Thanks in advance for your help :T

Hi,
I am in china and have settled for F&F for between 18-30% offer them as low as 18% and work up from there. in regards the DCA, contact HSBC directly and they will inform you to who owns the debt and their contact details.
good luck0
