Hi
I am starting a new job soon doing dom care so will be on my feet a lot going to different clients houses.
I have low arches on my feet so need some decent supportive shoes that are not too clumpy, does anyone have any good recomendations?

Hotter are worth a look. May not be the styles you're after but they're brilliantly supportive and comfortable. My mum has v odd shaped feet (bless her!) and mobility problems and swears by Hotter.0

I wear Skechers Shape Ups for work (long shifts on my feet all the time) and they're great, like walking on cushions and I never get sore feet.
I don't know how they'd be for low arches, but worth a try?

I can only endorse the ohter two posters, Hotters and skechers,
They are a little more expensive but worth every single penny spent.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
My daughter finds Hush Puppies more comfortable than Hotter - particularly their Body Shoe range.0

My SIL works in a shop, on her feet for hours and swears by these, expensive but she says they're worth every penny

Fitflops! the brand I meant, not flipflops
they do slippers/slide-ins, shoes, trainers, boots... and they have eased the pain from my heel/knee/back and I can walk for miles in them with no pain :-) they absorb impact very well and are so so comfy 0 -
Clarks unstructured. I suffer with my back, and have flat feet, so I too need supportive, comfortable shoes. Clarks unstructured are the best ever, they don't even need wearing in, they are so good my feet were instantly comfortable as soon as I put them on. I loved them so much, I went back to the shop the next day to buy another pair!0

I'm wearing skechers shapeups at the moment. Got them two weeks ago for £20.00 from T K Maxx. Worth a look in there as they had a couple of different styles and cheaper than their own store in one of the discount outlets.0
