Any experiences, possible successes with pursuing these type of claims especially via one particular company?

This scam was largely put around by a number of dodgy claims companies who have since gone to the wall taking the up front payments made by consumers with them. The issue largely died once the test cases made court and rulings made and clarifications issued by the OFT.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). There is a thread on here about one such company called Redress Claims, take your money up front and claim they can get card debt wiped out on the premise they are unenforceable, I went to the CAB and they had no hesitation is recommending the Police get involved, stating they did not know of any court that would allow this such a thing in the strict sense of the word, in other words you borrowed the money you pay it back and if you can't you deal with it as a debt problem, not have some scam merchant sift through the fine print to see if they have spelt something wrong in the terms and conditions.
First time I've ever been to the CAB with a problem and they where openly sympathetic with the Card companies.0
