Is this normal for units generated?

On 2nd December last year I had a 2.35Kwp solar power system installed. To date I have generated 1095 units of electricity. Is that normal/more or less than what I should expect. I am in Birmingham. Thanks very much. x

Hiya, if you can post some approx details I'll run it for you on PVGIS. Need approx location, system size, (both supplied) but also orientation (East facing, south facing etc) and roof pitch, though not too important.
For 2.35kWp, Birmingham, due south facing, and 35deg roof pitch, I got:
Fixed system: inclination=35°, orientation=0°

Totalling the Em column up (1st Dec to 31st July) gives 1,439kWh's. But this is only an average estimate, it will depend on weather, like our lousy June, and shading. But most important need to know your orientation.
Edit: would also be helpful to know what inverter (make and model) you have, as efficiencies differ, and if it's too large or too small that might be costing you some generation too. Might sound like a silly question, but given your install date, you might have had to take whatever was available.

Thanks ever so much Martyn for your hard work. I called my Fit provider and they said it was performing at 87% this quarter as opposed to 105% last quarter. They said it was within range. Thanks x0
