credit report - I can't get mine

Hi,

I'm trying (and failing) to see my credit report. Years ago I have looked at Experian and now I can't get on because I'm already listed, but I have no idea what email address or password were. I have tried others, but they can't verify me. I am on the electoral register, though have just recently moved (5 months ago). My bank card is registered at my new address and I lived in my last home for 7 years. I just want to check it out, but I cant.

Where can I go from here?

Thanks

  • Take it everybody else is as clueless as me then.

How do I check what and who I owe if I can't see? Oh well I tried. I have notifications on this thread so if anyone can help, please do.

    Thanks

I was in a similar situation and I called their helpline. They deleted the old account which was from their previous system and I signed up again.

I would definitely give them a call.

Fingers crossed it works out for you too.
  • Its a good idea, but I didn't really want to go with one that charges me every month. Id like to have a look at it every now and again. I dont like that experian (and a couple of others I think) charge you for it monthly. I dont want to look every month, just every 6 months or so, but those that let me, wont let me as Im not verified grrrr. Might look to contact Noddle though that's free.
