Also works on the posher 2 for £12.00. DH likes more expensive stuff so it worked on that as well, taking the discount off the price before the 2 for £12 offer, happy days

Ok, spill. What's Garland Crest like, and will it do for a semi-formal party?

I really like it, it's very 'tasty' for an 11.5% wine. And doesn't taste cheap.

I like this offer for the qtr bottles. Just got 44 bottles for £42 less £5 wys £40 and used my very last £20 JTD voucher.

As far as im aware we do not get multibuy discounts on booze in Scotland. We could always nip over the border and stock up.:)

You will not get any deals like this in Scotland. As our dear leader:eek: the mighty chieften of the Scottish Republican Socialist Party "AKA SNP" our GOD Salmond!!!:A has decreed you are unworthy of this.

Works on meal deals - although there are only £6.99 wines on it. Makes 6 meal deals £49.51 and then you can use the £5 off £40 spend till spit (if you have one) to make it £44.51.

The Nero D'avola (£6.99) in the meal deal should compare to Asdas extra Special at £5.
In my pretend basket I have the Haddock Rissoto, Green Veg Selection and GU puds. As far as I can see none of them compare, other than the wine.
In my head you should get a discount of £8.48 for the meal deal taking it to £10 then £1.74 off for 25% off wine and a JTD of £1.99.
That should make the meal deal £6.27 less than the wine is worth alone. :)

Thanks op. I bought 6 bottles last night for £15 ish. Do you Scottish folks do 'day trips' to England and what is your nearest Tesco ?
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

It's always brilliant if it's on the mini bottles as well as they're quite often on 2 for £3 and are sometimes £2.49 each to start with :)

Can anyone confirm if the mini bottles are also on offer? TIA. :)
