Deep breath, another 24 hours and it will soon be over (hopefully).

This has been the worst experience of my life.

    Thank you for your support.

Ignore them, you are leaving the new job accept the mess(can't understand why).

Do not give them the sim/phone till the transfer is complete, it's yours.

check with oreange when your lasd day of liability will be and how long to close your fianl account

You might even be able to stop the transfer and keep/or cancell the contract.

    Seriously, do all of this!

Even though you've obviously had issues with this company and have made mistakes, but if you're out of there tomorrow then reclaim your phone.

Do you have the phone from the contract prior? I'd be tempted to give that to them and then say "you only asked for the phone". Although that probable wont help matters.

Please 'forget' your phone tomorrow or they might tackle you to the ground for it before you go.
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

If I understand this correctly, you have a phone, you have the contract, you are legally required to pay the phone company etc, but they allow you to expense £44 a month.

Now you are leaving you still have a phone, but you cannot expense £44 a month, but you are still liable to pay.

So dont hand it back. What a crazy way to set up a phone for business use I must say.

Good luck with new job, and I hope you have less issues there!
